Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please contact us to discuss any problems or concerns with your order as we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
All custom orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. If partial payment is made, the order will not proceed to production until the balance is paid in full.
Local Pick Up
Local customers may enter the coupon code PICKUP to avoid shipping charges if they would rather pick up their order in Simpsonville, South Carolina. (The pick up location will be sent to the customer when this option is selected at check-out.) Due to a limited amount of space, local customers will have 2 weeks to pick up their order once they are notified that it is complete and ready for pick up. If the order is not picked up within the 2 week time period, the customer forfeits their order.
International Shipping + Handling
International orders may have additional taxes and/or customs fees due at delivery or pick up which are the responsibility of the buyer.
